Set in a cosy 150-year-old village inn. Stobsmill Inn and Brunton's Restaurant are Gorebridge's much-loved family-run Pub and Restaurant.
Owned by Alan and Fiona White, the inn is very much a family affair - with their daughter Emily leading the front of house and her husband Daniel bringing friendly expertise behind the bar. Together, they've created a relaxed yet refined setting where quality food, great drinks, and genuine hospitality come together. Blending the charm of a traditional inn with the flavour of a modern gastro pub.

A blend of flavours and cultures brings something truly special to Brunton's Restaurant. With a Chef trained in Italy, a partner with Chinese heritage, and Scottish owners at the heart of it all, our menu offers an inspired mix of influences -fresh, seasonal, and full of flavour. From generous dishes to small portion options, there's something to suit every appetite in our elegant yet welcoming space.

Private Dining & Function Options
For something a little more personal, our Lounge Restaurant provides a comfortable and flexible space that's ideal for private dining and small gatherings of upto 30 guests. Near the bar yet tucked away, it offers a relaxed setting perfect for birthdays, family get-togethers, or intimate celebrations. Our Main Restaurant, meanwhile, provides a more refined dining experience - still informal, but with a touch of quiet sophistication.
You can dine in either the relaxed lounge or more formal restauarant. Its always best to book in advance.
